OTB: Krewe of Bonaparte Float Den

The Krewe of Bonaparte Float Den will be a multi-purpose building and will feature more than 35,620 sq. ft. of float storage space which will include a 14,170 sq. ft. event center.  There is an additional 3,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose annex for board meetings and Krewe events, a Mardi Gras museum, and more. OTB: Red’s Ladies Gym and Locker Room

We recently designed the new woman's exercise facility and locker room space for Lafayette’s premier health club. As part of the design, the owner also challenged Chase Marshall to begin providing accessibility for the disabled and elderly in the facility. The addition is on the site of the former Shop-Rite convenience store located adjacent to the Red's campus. Read more.
