710 Ryan Street Project

Chase Marshall is thrilled to be the chosen architect for the 710 Ryan St project in Lake Charles, LA. Our long-standing collaboration with Green Coast Enterprises, a trusted developer, has always been rewarding. When they expressed interest in contributing to the Lake Charles Historic District, it was clear they were ideally suited to spearhead efforts. Read more.
The impact of thoughtful design is evident at Eastshore Playground in New Orleans East. Originally re-envisioned by the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORD) in partnership with Chase Marshall Architects, this project embraced a sustainable approach by incorporating upcycled shipping containers into a shared community space. Completed in 2020, the initiative has since transformed Eastshore Pavilion into a vibrant hub for neighborhood gatherings and activities. Read more.

OTB: Krewe of Bonaparte Float Den

When a natural disaster strikes, it can leave first responder agencies in chaos, especially when their own facilities are compromised. A destroyed fire station not only impacts the ability of first responders to protect their communities but also poses a significant financial and logistical challenge for recovery. Read more..
The Krewe of Bonaparte Float Den will be a multi-purpose building and will feature more than 35,620 sq. ft. of float storage space which will include a 14,170 sq. ft. event center. There is an additional 3,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose annex for board meetings and Krewe events, a Mardi Gras museum, and more. Read more.

Workspaces: What's New Now
We recently designed the new woman's exercise facility and locker room space for Lafayette’s premier health club. As part of the design, the owner also challenged Chase Marshall to begin providing accessibility for the disabled and elderly in the facility. The addition is on the site of the former Shop-Rite convenience store located adjacent to the Red's campus. Read more.
We’ve all had to roll with the punches as the demands and desires of our workforce have shifted over the past few years. Our renovation of the Schumacher Clinical Partners (SCP) corporate headquarters in Lafayette is a great example of how flexibility and technology can benefit a team. Read more.
