Chase Marshall is thrilled to be the chosen architect for the 710 Ryan St project in Lake Charles, LA. Our long-standing collaboration with Green Coast Enterprises, a trusted developer, has always been rewarding. When they expressed interest in contributing to the Lake Charles Historic District, it was clear they were ideally suited to spearhead efforts to formalize this area as a recognized historic district with the National Park Service and the State Historic Preservation Office. This initiative not only promises to unlock potential historical development but also paves the way for significant economic growth in our community.
