Client: Neighborhood Housing Services of New Orleans with Green Coast Enterprises and Black Futurist Development

Our clients came to Chase Marshall to develop this lot on St. Bernard Ave into a thoughtful, mixed-use and mixed income facility that responds directly to the needs identified during a community engagement process. The neighbors have made it very clear that they need affordable housing, a credit union, and child care. The project features 30 residential units for rent at both market and affordable rates. The building is designed to put environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and durability at the forefront.
