Chase Marshall Architects is proud to support the redevelopment of South Golden Meadow Fire Station No. 10 in Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Severely damaged by Hurricane Ida, the station required a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to assess its condition and explore options for restoration or replacement.

Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of the facility, providing an itemized list of deficiencies and corrective measures, along with detailed statements of probable cost. This meticulous process ensures that every decision is grounded in both practicality and precision.

The new station is set to meet the highest standards of durability and sustainability. Designed to the requirements of a LEED Silver Rating, the facility will be capable of withstanding up to 185 MPH wind velocities, offering enhanced resilience and safety for the community it serves.
