PROJECT Architect
The Project Architect/Project Manager responsibilities include the ability to independently advance project design, develop technical detailing, lead the preparation of project documentation and consultant coordination, manage permitting and entitlement processes, and construction administration. Project management skills such as oversight of fee allocation, project schedule, workflow, deadlines, deliverables, and effective client communication will also lead to success in the role.
Architectural Designer
As an Architectural Designer, you will join our team in the coordination, management and execution of various projects and related systems technology. As a self-directed and independent member of our team, you will work closely with our senior design team through all phases of work, including collaboration and coordination with clients, consultants and relevant authorities. The successful candidate will be an open-minded team player and grow into an essential member and future leader of our community.
