NHS came to Chase Marshall ready to transform a historic former ice house into new retail and office space that supports its mission of creating healthy and vibrant neighborhoods through real estate development, education, and community building that improves the quality of life for all residents. The adaptive reuse of the existing building is paired with a new construction mixed-income condo development next door that will provide affordable new construction one and two bedroom units.
