As a well established national advertising firm, our client asked us to help find a new invigorating work place. Previously located in a larger floor area of approximately 17,000 SF that was made up of multiple types of office spaces (traditionally closed office spaces) as well as being an older renovation, the CEO wanted to reinvent the employee dynamic of the New Orleans office.
Through a planning and real estate selection process an open space was obtained. The space chosen was a previously stripped office space and allowed the insertion of specific programmatic closed and open elements. Each closed office space or meeting space acts as an island that separates the more open studio spaces into diverse office communities that can be restructured in a multitude of ways. With the help of the Contractor, we were able to use a material rich palate that creates a sense of unity for the firm. The entire construction was accomplished in under 3 months.
