Jay is a 28-year veteran of the architecture and planning industry. As a project manager, he utilizes his comprehensive understanding of the architecture practice and quality assurance standards to ensure a strong project delivery.  Jay has an extensive background in many project types, including corporate, government, small commercial, healthcare, and hazard mitigation. He has worked with a variety of clients, providing  diverse long-term planning services. He is currently licensed to practice architecture in Louisiana and many other states. Jay received his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University. He is a past president of the AIA South Louisiana Chapter, past Executive Vice President of AIA Louisiana and a graduate of Leadership Lafayette. Jay was a Boy Scout in his youth, a former Scoutmaster and Troop Committee Chairman for Troop 446. He is the proud parent of two boy scout, one of whom is an Eagle Scout.


Nick is the Design Director for Chase Marshall and directs our New Orleans office. He is licensed in the State of Louisiana and has over 26 years of experience in the core elements of architecture required to design, detail, document, and build buildings. Nick is also a fourteen-year LEED certified veteran and has a deep understanding of how projects are connected to their site and environment. He has collaborated in the development of numerous projects of varied scales and complexity, ranging from high-tech National Research Laboratories, office spaces, Visitor Centers throughout Louisiana, and Fire Stations throughout the country. Nick has a Master's Degree in Architecture from Tulane University.
