Jay is a 20-year veteran of the architecture and planning industry. As a project manager, he utilizes his comprehensive understanding of the architecture practice and quality assurance standards to ensure a strong project delivery.  Jay has an extensive background in many project types, including corporate, government, small commercial, healthcare, and hazard mitigation. He has worked with a variety of clients, providing  diverse long-term planning services.

His resume includes working for Grace & Hebert Architects in Baton Rouge, for Genseler in Houston, and for Sizeler Architects in New Orleans. He is currently licensed to practice architecture in Louisiana and 11 other states. Jay received his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University. He is a past president of the AIA South Louisiana Chapter and a graduate of Leadership Lafayette.  


Nick is the Design Director for Chase Marshall and directs our New Orleans office. He is licensed in the State of Louisiana and has over 19 years of experience in the core elements of architecture required to design, detail, document, and construct buildings. He has collaborated in the development of numerous projects of varied scales and complexity, ranging from high tech national research laboratories to visitors' centers to fire stations throughout Louisiana. He has also obtained his LEED certification to design energy efficient facilities and has designed a certified LEED silver facility.

Nick's background includes 12 years as a project architect for renowned Eskew + Dumez + Ripple in New Orleans and designing museum quality furniture as a principal for nodesign. Nick has a Master's Degree in Architecture from Tulane University.
