Jay is a 27-year veteran of the architecture and planning industry. As a project manager, he utilizes his comprehensive understanding of the architecture practice and quality assurance standards to ensure a strong project delivery.  Jay has an extensive background in many project types, including corporate, government, small commercial, healthcare, and hazard mitigation. He has worked with a variety of clients, providing  diverse long-term planning services.

His resume includes working for Grace & Hebert Architects in Baton Rouge, for Genseler in Houston, and for Sizeler Architects in New Orleans. He is currently licensed to practice architecture in Louisiana and 11 other states. Jay received his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University. He is a past president of the AIA South Louisiana Chapter and a graduate of Leadership Lafayette.
